oh, to be Lux is to be beautiful.

Having just finished reading The Virgin Suicides by Jeffrey Eugenides, i have been thinking a lot about death and life and teenage brains. when a person commits suicide do they really want to die? or just be noticed? adults often say that youth have no good enough reason to take their own life, i mean, what problems do teenagers have right? But think back to those times in your life when you were so lonely, angry, upset and desperate for love you can't see anything ever getting better and you never think its will ever end. i guess some people just feel like that more than others and that why they do it. The book is so amazing, as is the film. but I'm now haunted by the Lisbon girls and their tragic ending to short, unfulfilled lives.

I want so badly to see Wrist Cutters, with Patrick Fugit and Shannyn Sossomon.
